The data processing carried out through this website is the responsibility of ALPINOV X, whose full contact details appear in the legal notice. For any question about your data, you can write to us at the contact address indicated in the legal notice.

Data collected and purposes

This is a showcase website, with no client area and no form storing data server-side. The data processed is limited to:

• Contact requests : when you email us, we process your address, your identity and the content of your message for the sole purpose of answering your request.
• Technical logs : our host keeps connection logs (IP address, timestamp, browser type) for security and proper operation of the website.
• Audience measurement : with your consent, aggregated visit statistics are produced (see the cookie policy).

Legal basis

Contact requests and technical logs rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in answering your requests and securing the website. Audience measurement relies on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), collected through the cookie consent banner.

Recipients

Your data is intended solely for the ALPINOV X teams handling your request. It may be hosted by our host OVH SAS (France) and, subject to your consent, processed by Google (Google Analytics) for audience measurement. No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

Our host OVH SAS is based in France (European Union): your data is hosted there with no transfer outside the EU. Only Google (publisher of Google Analytics) may transfer data to the United States, subject to your consent. Such transfer is governed by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR: Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented where applicable by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

Contact messages are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then for a period of 3 years from the last contact for prospecting purposes; should the relationship become contractual, they are kept for the entire duration of the relationship and for 3 years after it ends. Audience-measurement data is kept for no longer than 25 months; the corresponding cookies have a lifetime of up to 13 months. Your consent choices are kept for 6 months.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, as well as the right to set directives regarding its fate after your death. To exercise them, write to us at the contact address in the legal notice; proof of identity may be requested.

You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr).
